Payment Options

For your convenience in paying for your dental care, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Third-party financing is available through CareCredit. Please see their website or contact our office for further details.

Insurance Information

White and Haines Advanced Dentistry is “in-network” with Cigna (Radius) plans. All other insurances we can file as a courtesy as long as your plan is a PPO plan. PPO plans will reimburse the “out-of-network” benefits to us. For more details, please contact our office directly.
