White and Haines use all-ceramic, porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) and gold crowns, depending on tooth location and stressors. To design your custom crown, we’ll examine your teeth and facial structure and take a dental impression. Then a skilled ceramist will handmake your crown at a lab. You’ll wear a temporary to protect your compromised tooth between dental visits. When you return for your second visit, we’ll remove your temporary and place your permanent crown, restoring your smile’s strength, comfort, and appearance.

Drs. White and Haines may suggest an inlay or onlay to repair a tooth that doesn’t warrant a full crown but needs more restoration than a filling. Inlays repair damage between a tooth’s cusps, or bumps. Onlays repair damage covering one or more bumps. Like crowns, inlays and onlays are custom-made for your smile.
